Leader 722TS // In Japanese Steel

The brand new Leader 722TS frameset, made from Japanese Kawasaki steel with hydroformed tubing. Rather interesting.

"These frames will come in black, White, glitter Green, and glitter Blue. Sizes center to top of seat tube are 49cm, 51cm, 53cm, 55cm, 58cm, and 61cm. We will be taking preorders next week. Leader 722TS is the first frame ever to come into the US market with a hydro formed steel tube set. Leader worked directly with the tubing company to design it. Took almost a year but it was worth the wait.

Price and delivery date will be posted soon. This frame will has a 55mm BB drop and 75.5 seat angle. Very tight geometry. We will have more information on the fork soon"

Leader is also about to release a dedicated stainless steel trick frame 729TRK...

Volume Cutter V.3

Volume Bikes Cutter V.3 is out and now the frame is actually starting to look fairly nice.

Up until now I haven't been a big fan of any of the dedicated trick / 700cmx frames out there and I can honestly say that when I saw the first pics of the first version Cutter frame I thought it looked like piece of shit. A BMX company half-heartedly hopping on the bandwagon etc. But by continuously working on improving their design I guess Volume Bikes has now proved me wrong.

Anyhow, if I was to get a 700cmx frame myself I'd probably get the Riding In Circles trick frame or the BMW Gangsta Track, although both of those cost considerably more than the Cutter.
