"Redfoot: MONSTERZ CREW (Cinelli Version)"
Saw this over at Prolly's and I still don't get the deal with these plastic toys, oh sorry, "urban vinyl" figures. I mean WTF, I used to love my Star Wars figures and all but I was kid back then. Whatever, rant over. If you dig these, be my guest, just don't choke on those small parts, ok?
Also, this collabo is the second attempt, the first time they did without Cinelli's consent and when the Italians found out about this, no doubt via teh blogs, the first series had to be pulled but now it's apparently all official.

Coolrain Fixie Hipster Figures
"Korean toy-maker and customizer Coolrain recently put together the following series of figures for fellow Korean retailer Kasina. Four different versions mimic what is arguable some of the current influences within streetwear on both a fixed gear/skate and fashion perspective."
Not for me thanks, but someone might dig these, I guess.

Chari & Co. Flannel Riding Shirt
From Hypebeast:
"New York bike store Chari & Co. team up with Steven Alan on their made-for-riding flannel shirt. The Flannel Riding Shirt comes across as pretty standard fare with some bike-relevant features incorporated into the shirt’s design. The shirt comes in longer on the backside with a Velcro rip-pocket, a large-sized zip pocket suitable for water-bottles or magazines and elasticized cuffs."
"Riding Shirt?" Flannel might not be the best material for any real riding ATMO but whatever. Super nice lookin' Samson there anywhow.

Adidas Goes Fixed
No, not really they don't. But the new Originals Winterized collection, the “OT-Tech” 'takes inspiration from cycling culture and blends classic Adi silhouettes with vibrant design and functional materials such as Gore-tex'.
Since my first pair of the legendary Adidas Jaguars when I was just kid, I've always been an Adidas type of guy and I admit kinda dig that MA-1 jacket.

Hatorade Gulp Of The Day // The Brooklyn Element

Is it ok for me to say openly that I really hate what they did to the Gangsta Track here? Like what happened to the fork? A new and improved design, with an unicrown fork. Next up: get it at your local shopping mall for 599 USD only! Whatever.

Onitsuka Tiger '66 Limited Edition
I'm more of an Adidas man myself but Onitsuka Tiger makes damn nice narrow and lo-profile sneakers which are probably pretty good for casual city riding with clips and straps. So, here's the new Onitsuka Tiger '66 Fixed Gear sneakers, vegan-friendly with 3M technical materials and all. Read more at Hypebeast.
They're available from here but limited only to 144 pairs worldwide so be quick!

Pedal Mafial Pedal ID Miniature Bike Geek-Out
Now I know there's whole breed of hypebeasts & otaku kids out there who are really into all those strange plastic toy figurines and miniature models of this and that.
Well, I really dug building the good old LEGO as a kid. But then I never managed to make those 1950s American car and WWII aeroplane model kits look like they did in the box covers. Sniffing that glue wasn't my thing either, thank god. So I concentrated on other stuff instead. Like learning to play heavy metal riffs on a shitty electric guitar, trying to skateboard and drinking beer and smoking in the woods behind our housing estate with other kids like me.
And I'm happy I did that because otherwise I'm afraid I'd be too tempted to order some these crazy Pedal Mafia Pedal ID miniture track bikes & components and to get into all of that geeky stuff.

Double Up! Pharrell Now Haz Arrospok X 2
Except maybe, 'Go ahead and raise that seatpost a lil' bit, boy...'.
In fact it's funny how much his Brooklyn Machine Works Gangsta looks like an old school BMX with Aerospokes and because the frame is so small. If I was him, I'd order one of my personal assistants to put a proper BMX bars, or even better, these risers, on my new toy, like, right now!
UPDATE!
Just to make it clear, I'm not hating on Pharrell's new whip, quite the contrary. But the whole posing in the lounge room thing, especially in front of that apparently huge Kaws painting, is bit amusing indeed.
