Starting bid: US $20,500.00 (Reserve not met)

You can buy it HERE.

"This 1970's complete and unabridged English Campagnolo tool case is nicely used and has been very well cared for over the years. All the tools are sharp and in 'like new' condition. I am the second owner of this case. The first owner was a frame builder in Rhode Island in the 70's, 80's and early 90's. Then when he decided not to build frames anymore I bought the set from him. I had worked for him for 4 years at that point. From there I went on to be a bicycle race mechanic and am still at it to this day. I should say that this kit is complete and original in every way and that ever piece of it works as Campagnolo had intended. There are a few minor scratches on the outside of the case. There is NO rust on any of the tools. All are clean and well oiled. There is also a Chris King 1 1/8 headset adapter included in the case as seen in photo number 8. This is certainly one of the most very pristine Campy tool sets left in the world. This set is no longer being made and hasn't been in many years. It is truly quite rare!

As for shipping, I will have a custom case built just for the purpose on getting this case to you in one piece.

Grazie!

PS..... Due to social unrest and numerous scam like activity I will not sell or ship to Mexico or anywhere in Africa. "

And please note that I AM NOT THE SELLER, mmm'kay? I get pretty often emails asking if I still have the nice stuff I link from Ebay for sale, the Cinelli Laser and the two previous Tool Boxes of Dreams being particular favorites.

'This is the BEST FIXIE human can build...'

"This is the BEST FIXIE human can build for road/city use 6.7kg (excl pedals) custom handle bar to go between the cars and keep the right line and low profile PRO wheels not to catch side wind on the cross roads"

I'm not going to post a pic so that you can try and guess what this 'BEST FIXIE' could possibly be, before you click to see it for sale HERE. Please note also the asking price.

Campagnolo Record Pista 165mm 151bcd crankset w/BB

I've been following this Ebay auction and it's really blowing by mind. At $500 with 6 hours to go still. Seriously? Because I don't get it, what's so special about those? It's just an older 151bcd Campa Pista 165mm crankset in nice condition with a big matching chainring, bolts, caps and bottom bracket.

Weeeeell, I got similar set with 49t chainring (the kind with the special extra thick inner lip) and a British threaded BB, all in very nice condition. And I guess I'd be willing to part with mine, so I'll accept any offer above $500...

EDIT.
The auction ended at US $531,00. Crazy.

'Pista Concept outfitted with a tasteful selection of components'

Yeah, these are pretty hard to come by and probably nice frames but this...

"Here is your chance to own an extremely rare and desirable Pista Concept outfitted with a tasteful selection of components. I’m sure you know how hard it is to locate one of these, especially in 53cm. This is a recent build which has been meticulously taken care of. For example, I have even waxed the frame and fork with professional show car automotive wax to protect and enhance the finish. As you can see in the gallery below the paint is as smooth as glass and the pearl really comes out in the direct sunlight. The frame and fork are completely dent and crack free. The bike is really incredible to ride and the gearing is perfect for street riding."

'Fork is slightly bent from a crash (but hey, it barspins!)'

Maybe it wasn't really a crash like the seller claims but maybe instead it went more like this:

Bike Repair from Stegnco on Vimeo.

But seriously, what is it with all those Sparton forks? We've all seen that video (below) of a fork failure and the only Sparton we've seen here in Helsinki also ended up with the fork getting all bent and finally totally destroyed in the end.

So You Want That Bianchi Pista Concept? Ready To Sell Your Kidney To Get It?

There's MASH SF, inflation and all that shit and apparently Bianchi has completely misjudged the market for their bike (especially since it was never meant for Nike Dunks-wearing hipsters who want to use it as a street bike) but the fact that some people want to have a Bianchi Pista Concept so bad that they're willing to pay 1430 USD + shipping, IS F**KING STUPID.

But you, whoever bought that one, at least you could have gotten this instead with a HED3 since you gonna want that wheel anyway, or this with Dura-Ace gruppo and Zipp wheels, or this, or...

EDIT.

ooooh shit, I just noticed THIS. It only gets worse...
