Chrome Midway Pro SPD

More coolness from Chrome, SPD version of the Midway. Get 'em here now!

Just keep in mind that the sizing on Chrome Pros is bit weird, "Order a half size smaller than other Chrome shoes and up to a full size smaller than other vulcanized shoes.", or that's what they tell you.

DZR Shoes Viking Edition SPD Sneakers

John Prolly's signature DZR Shoes Viking Edition SPD Sneakers should be out tomorrow, according to the man himself. The shoes look pretty damn nice and skateboard-y casual to me. On the other hand they don't look too convincing as cycling shoes but let's wait for the first user-reports before saying anything.

Can't Go Wrong w/ Red & Black: Chrome Kursk SPD Sneaker

SPD compatible updated version of the Chrome Kursk shoes, to be available in February 2011 or so.

I really haven't been fan of the style of Chrome shoes so far but they're heading to the right direction now, I'd say. But remember also the Mission Workshop Rondels.

Mission Workshop - European Online Store

I've probably just missed this the first time around but I just discovered that Mission Workshop has now an European Online Store operating in London. Flatrate shipping is offered to 'most locations within the EU', which will be in any case much better than having to order stuff directly from the States.

Besides their messenger bags they got nice looking backpacks, which I personally nowadays generally prefer over messenger bags any day, The Vandal and The Ramber, as well as the cool brand new SPD sneaker The Rondel. Unfortunately it seems that Rondels are Limited Edition and not available through the online store.

Vans SPD BMX Sneakers

I guess I missed these whenever they came out:

"Vans and BMX racing were synonymous in the late ’70s and throughout the ’80s. With the natural progression of BMX racing and downhill mountain bike racing now demanding specific footwear, the designers at Vans created a shoe that meets the technical needs for both disciplines. Rounding up the best riders in BMX racing and mountain biking to help us develop and test our product, we created a shoe loaded with function and style.

Vans’ Warner is the first choice in style, comfort, and performance for SPD compatible shoes for today’s BMX racers and mountain bikers alike. The Warner utilizes our lightweight gum rubber “Off the Wall” tread pattern molded to our performance driven SPD compatible outsole. We’ve internally relieved material from key points on the SPD compatible plate to keep it light yet stiff over the mid foot area while providing flex in other key areas. The upper infuses a blend of weather resistant synthetic leathers and vented ballistic nylon mesh with a removable hook and loop adjustable tension strap. Our self centering gored tongue keeps debris out of the shoe while the molded EVA foam sock liner ensures that your feet stay comfortable and supported all day.

· Limited availability starts April 2nd 2009
· MSRP - $90.00 US
· Available in sizes 6-13 (half sizes as well!)
· Available in 1 colorway – Black/Black
· Available for purchase only through Vans online"

Not my style, though.
